Practice Times

We practice every Tursday and Thursday at 6:00 PM sharp, until 7:30 PM. Other special practices may be called if needed. Please bring a ball, a water bottle and your parents. Whenever possible we would like parents to attend all practice as well as all games. Thanks for your support of the FLAMES!
